Words cannot explain just how impressively beautiful this really is... I sat here for almost five minutes with my mouth agape - in full view - wondering just how a human beeing can produce such an image. This is STUNNING!!!!!! You, my new friend, will make some SERIOUS money, and should be doing so now! Get the money needed to get your print account ----- NOW!!!!!!! :) :) :) :) This is FANFUGGENTASTIC!!!!!! Definitely a :+fav:

Sorry to say but i really don't like the landscape at all...There is so much you can do with terragen and I just think that this is very boring and unoriginal with lots of pointy spires and what not. I love your other stuff though.

the tg in this piece is what does it for me. the mix of landforms in the terrain, a very clear canyonisation, something rarely depicted in space scenes, along with the more mystical stalactites (i think that the pointing up one!). i think some strengthening of the rays and a lil more adjusting of the atmosphere/sun angle could make the terragen even better, although it is a very high quality already. the surface map can't really be seen under the lighting, but don't take that as a complaint. there is a clear variation between slope levels, and that just adds to the realism.
i would love it is the planets were texturised, maybe not too much, but at least to be able to see soemthing except a reflection from the atmosphere. overall a good work.

Huang, actually it is, cause if you look at the moon/mars from earth you can see star infront, star are gas in space, so there are some infront of planets in some ways ;) Thanks for hte omments guys.

Great render, the lighting is very well done. I get the impression of a peaceful Mars-like terrain. My only beef is that there are some stars that are visible through the planets, which isn't possible. But that's a small detail. :)

Wow!! As said, I love the mood and powerful feel of this piece!! The colors and the terrain help convey that...the planets are great...I might put a little more texture in the two large ones, but they look great as they are...nice work.

=P Well, I was going for simple and If I changed the colours it would have really messed the land up, I tried adding more orange and the picture got ruined, lol. Thanks anyway tho for the comment.
